Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and are not time specific in the UK.
A Signature is required for all deliveries; after 2 failed delivery attempts in the UK the goods may be returned to Hygo by the courier. If this is so you will be responsible for the associated delivery and return costs.
All deliveries are not time specific and nor can we give an estimated time of arrival.
All orders are sent by carrier on next day carriage, but this service is not guaranteed.
Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to purchaser once we have delivered them.
Unless otherwise advised, delivery will be made by a fully-insured courier service, within normal business hours. Damages/shortages must be notified within 3 working days of delivery in the UK. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Deliveries are made only with direct access. VAT is charged at 20% for all orders. All prices displayed are excluding VAT. Returns In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, any goods can be returned for any reason within 7 working days for a refund, less carriage costs.
If you have ordered the wrong product, it will be at your expense to return these goods to us. They need to be returned in the same packaging and in a resalable condition or you will be charge for the products.
If you receive any damaged or defective goods these will be replaced free of charge.
If they are found not to be defective or damaged you will be charged for those goods.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Deliveries will be despatched in the order that they are received. Orders will be sent using a courier company, and will normally take 2 – 3 days from receipt of order in the UK. Overseas deliveries times depend upon on how quick goods clear at customs.
What area do you supply?
Currently we supply all of mainland Britain.
We are also able to supply certain overseas countries.
There will be a minimum fee from £35 for the following countries; it depends on the weight of goods purchased. Also Hazardous goods are not permitted in any circumstances. Please note duty, customs and freight in other countries are to be paid by the purchaser of the goods in full and Hygo Ltd will not be liable, for any taxes or costs occurred.
